Box office pickup and in-person ticket sales are available during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m., closed 12–1 for lunch) and starting one hour before showtime on event days.
For most events, doors open one hour before showtime. Specific door times are listed on each event page. We recommend arriving 30–45 minutes early so you have time to park, pick up will-call tickets, use the restroom, and find your seats before the lights come down.
Yes. The GMA offers wheelchair-accessible entrances, seating locations on the main floor, and accessible restrooms. If you need a companion seat, an accessible seat, or assistive listening, please contact us in advance so we can reserve the right spots for you and your party.
We're a preserved 1939 building — if you have specific access questions about a show you're attending, please reach out and we'll be happy to walk you through the room.
Free parking is available in city lots surrounding the auditorium and on nearby downtown streets. There is no dedicated GMA parking garage. On busy show nights we recommend arriving early — the closest spots fill up first. See our parking page for a map of recommended lots.
Concessions (water, soft drinks, and light snacks) are available in the lobby for most shows. Availability varies by event — some private rentals and community events do not have concessions.
Downtown Greenville has excellent restaurants within a short walk of the auditorium. See our where-to-eat list to plan dinner before the show.
All ticket sales are final. In the rare event a show is cancelled by the venue or the artist, ticket holders will be contacted directly about refunds or rescheduling. If the show is postponed, your original tickets will be honored at the rescheduled date.
For seat exchanges within the same performance (subject to availability), please contact the box office as far in advance as possible.
Photography and recording policies are set by each artist or production and vary from show to show. As a general rule, please no flash photography and no professional cameras unless expressly approved. Phone photos before the show and during curtain call are usually fine. If you're unsure, ask an usher — and please always silence your phone.
Yes — the GMA is available for touring concerts, community events, corporate meetings, dance recitals, film screenings, weddings, and more. Our 1939 Art Deco theater seats an audience of several hundred and has been recently upgraded with new lighting, rigging, sound, and house systems.
